§ 150.69 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   Before the owner may cause a newly constructed building to be occupied, he or she must first obtain a certificate of occupancy from the Building Inspector. The Building Inspector shall issue an occupancy certificate upon completion of the building in conformance with the ordinances of this city and after inspection of the same. It shall be unlawful for any owner of a newly constructed building to cause the same to be occupied without first having obtained the occupancy certificate as provided herein.
