§ 150.67 EXPIRATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Any building permit issued prior to the effective date of this subchapter shall expire within one year following the effective date of this subchapter.
   (B)   Any building permit issued under this chapter for the building of a residence shall expire one year from date of issue. Any building permit issued under this chapter for the purpose of constructing any commercial building shall expire two years from date of issue. No building shall be done under authority of any expired permit. If the improvement is not completed on the expiration date, a further application for a permit to complete such structure may be made under the same procedure set forth herein for obtaining the original permit.
