§ 150.62 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Generally. Except as specified in division (B) below, no building or structure regulated by this Code shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a separate permit for each building or structure has first been obtained from the Building Inspector.
   (B)   Work exempt from permit. A building permit shall not be required for the following:
      (1)   One story detached accessory buildings used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses and similar uses, provided the projected roof area does not exceed 120 square feet and is movable and not connected to city utilities;
      (2)   Fences not over six feet high;
      (3)   Movable cases, counters and partitions not over five feet nine inches high;
      (4)   Platforms, walks and driveways not more than 30 inches above grade and not over any basement or story below;
      (5)   Painting, papering/regular maintenance (as determined by the Building Inspector); and
      (6)   Window awnings supported by an exterior wall when projecting not more than five inches.
