§ 150.60 APPEAL DECISIONS OF BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   Any decision that is made by the Building Inspector under the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to the right of appeal to the City Council by any person aggrieved by said decision. Said appeal shall be perfected by filling a notice of appeal with the Finance Officer and by the payment of an appeal fee of $5 for the costs of said appeal. The City Council shall hold a public hearing within 30 days after the date of appeal, and shall provide said person with a notice specifying the time and location of such hearing. The City Council may provide by resolution for any additional notice that said Council may deem necessary. After proper hearing, the City Council shall have the power to affirm or reverse any such decision of the Building Inspector.
