§ 150.26 NON-APPLICABLE TO UTILITY COMPANIES.
   No utility company which has been heretofore granted, by franchise or contract, the right to use the streets, alleys or other public places shall be required to furnish a bond for making any excavations in any public rights-of-way; provided that all other sections of this chapter relating to excavations in public rights-of-way shall be binding upon such companies.
