§ 150.23 OBSTRUCTION OF SEWER PIPES, MANHOLES.
   No sewer pipes or manholes belonging to the city constituting a part of the sewer system shall in any manner be damaged in the process of making an excavation, and any damage thus committed shall be fully compensated for by the person to whom the permit was granted to make said excavation.
