(A)
The city shall be divided into three wards, which shall be combined and consolidated into one election precinct, and shall be designated respectively as Wards One, Two and Three.
(B) The wards of the city are as set forth below and the map thereof. Any discrepancies shall be resolved by reference to the map rather than the physical descriptions set forth herein. A map illustrating the boundaries and location of each ward is kept on file with the Finance Officer at City Hall.
(1) Ward One consists of that portion of the city bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Main Street and Fifth Street, then east along the centerline of Fifth Street to the centerline of Duff Street, then north along to centerline of Duff Street to the centerline of Sixth Street, then east along the centerline of Sixth Street to the east corporate boundary of the city, then north along such east corporate boundary of the city to the north corporate boundary of the city, then meandering along the corporate boundary of the city westerly, southerly, easterly, and northerly at various points along the corporate boundary of the city to the intersection of the south corporate boundary of the city with the centerline of Main Street, then north along the centerline of Main Street to the point of beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street.
(2) Ward Two consists of that portion of the city bounded by a line commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Second Street, then east along the centerline of Second Street to the centerline of Walnut Street, then south along the centerline of Walnut Street to the centerline of First Street, then east along the centerline of First Street to the east corporate boundary of the city, then meandering along the corporate boundary of the city southerly, westerly, easterly, and northerly at various points along the corporate boundary of the city to the intersection of the south corporate boundary of the city with the centerline of Main Street, then north along the centerline of Main Street to the point of beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Second Street.
(3) Ward Three consists of that portion of the city bounded by a line commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street, then east along the centerline of Fifth Street to the centerline of Duff Street, then north along the centerline of Duff Street to the centerline of Sixth Street, then east along the centerline of Sixth Street to the corporate boundary of the city, then south along such corporate boundary of the city to the corporate boundary of the city parallel to and north of Third Street, then east along such corporate boundary of the city to the corporate boundary of the city parallel to Walnut Street, then north along such corporate boundary of the city parallel to Walnut Street to the north corporate boundary of the city, then east along such corporate boundary of the city to the east corporate boundary of the city, then meandering along the corporate boundary of the city southerly, easterly, westerly, and northerly at various points along the corporate boundary of the city to the centerline of First Street, then west along the centerline of First Street to the centerline of Walnut Street, then north along the centerline of Walnut Street to the centerline of Second Street, and then west along the centerline of Second Street to the centerline of Main Street, then north along the centerline of Main Street to the point of beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street.
