§ 134.05 NOISY ADVERTISEMENTS.
   No person shall be allowed to advertise within the corporate limits of the city, an auction business, theater or any other public entertainment, by loud calling or ringing of bells, or using amplifiers or other loud-speaking equipment, or by the use of any noisy device of any kind; provided that this section shall not apply to the ringing of church bells or school bells or to the use of other signals in case of fire or civil defense.
