§ 133.06 OBSCENE WRITTEN OR PRINTED MATTER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, within the corporate limits of this city to exhibit, sell or offer for sale, or to give away any obscene book, pamphlet, picture, engraving, photographic film or negative or recording tape of X or XX or XXX rating.
