It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb the peace of any person or neighborhood by loud or unusual noise, to pursue any amusement calculated to impede travel or frighten any animal, injure or endanger any property, injure or annoy any person, to run any auto or vehicle race on the public streets or highways, to loiter or stroll about in any manner tending to produce disturbance, or to refuse to go immediately to home when so ordered by the Sheriff or by any law enforcement officer, or by an offensive behavior disturbing the peace of any person, assembly or congregation.
