§ 131.02 DANCE HALLS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in conducting or operating any public dance or public dance hall in the city, to suffer, permit or allow any person under the age of 18 years, unaccompanied by his or her father, mother or legally appointed guardian, to enter or to remain in said dance hall.
