The person owning, controlling or operating a public dance or public dance hall shall not permit the same to be open for dancing or dancing allowed therein between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any day of the week, and the same shall be closed for dancing at the hour of 12:00 a.m. midnight Saturday and shall remain closed for dancing until 7:00 a.m. on the following Monday.
