(A) The license fee for operating a merry-go-round, ferris wheel or other mechanical riding device for amusement of the public in connection with, or as a part of, a traveling circus, carnival or show shall be $5 a day, $125 a week or $200 a month for each such riding device.
(B) The license fee for operation of each such device not as a part of, or in connection with, a traveling circus, carnival or show shall be $200 per month.
