§ 110.35 PERMIT APPLICATIONS; GENERALLY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided in this section, all applications for permits covered by this chapter shall be made in writing to the Finance Officer; and no permit shall be issued until all information requested by the Finance Officer in said application shall have been furnished by the applicant.
   (B)   Application blanks shall be furnished by the Finance Officer.
