§ 95.58 ILLEGAL TO REMOVE LAWFULLY PLACED MATERIAL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any tomb, monument, gravestone, receptacle or flowers or shrubs, or other structures or things lawfully placed in any cemetery of this city, except as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
