§ 95.51 PROPER CONDUCT FOR SACRED PLACES.
   (A)   It is of the utmost importance that there should be strict observance of the proprieties in the cemetery.
   (B)   Hence, all persons within the cemetery should avoid conduct unbecoming a sacred place, such as:
      (1)   Loud or boisterous talking;
      (2)   Idling or loafing on the grounds or in any of the buildings;
      (3)   Bringing lunches or refreshments into the cemetery or consuming them on the grounds;
      (4)   Peddling or soliciting the sale of any commodity within the cemetery;
      (5)   Placing of signs or notices or advertisements of any kind within the cemetery;
      (6)   Bringing dogs into the cemetery or any of its buildings; and/or
      (7)   Bringing firearms into the cemetery except as a military escort accompanying a veteran’s funeral, or attending memorial services.
