§ 95.24 OWNER MAY DESIGNATE LOCATION.
   The location of interment shall be designated by the lot owner or purchaser. Should the lot owner or purchaser fail or neglect to make such designation, the cemetery reserves the right to make the interment location designated by the Cemetery Superintendent owner or purchaser may make specific designations at any time after purchase.
