§ 95.22 PERMIT FOR INTERMENT.
   Whenever an interment is to be made, a burial permit from State Department of Health must be secured. Two copies of same must be presented to the Finance Officer 24 hours prior to interment. The Finance Officer shall, at that time, be informed of any and all information necessary to comply with all laws and ordinances. Application may be made by any State Funeral Director or next of kin of the deceased. No grave shall be dug without said permit being first issued and record made thereof. In no case shall any interment be made without the permission of the lot owner or purchaser.
