(A) Effective March 7, 2018, and thereafter until further resolution of the City Council, rates for lots, perpetual care, burials and cremations are hereby fixed and shall be collected as follows:
1/2 lot consisting of 3 burial spaces | $200 plus $150 for perpetual care for a total fee of $350 |
1 full lot consisting of 6 burial spaces | $400 plus $300 for perpetual care for a total fee of $700 |
Charge for interment of cremated remains per deceased individual | $150 |
Charge for interment of remains per deceased individual | $150 |
(B) No lots will be sold without the fee for perpetual care.
