§ 95.02 ADMINISTRATION.
   The officials who shall have the duties with regard to the care, operation and maintenance of Mizpah Cemetery are as follows:
   (A)   Finance Officer. The Finance Officer shall act as Cemetery Manager. The Finance Officer shall be in charge of the sale of all cemetery lots, the receipts and disposition of all fees or money gifts or deposits, the establishments and control over all cemetery funds, issuance of all burial and removal permits. The Finance Officer shall keep a complete set of records as required by this chapter. The Finance Officer shall supervise all work of the said Superintendent and other employees of the cemetery and all matters and problems of said cemeteries. The Finance Officer shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, and shall perform all other duties which are provided elsewhere in this chapter; and
   (B)   Cemetery Superintendent. The Cemetery Superintendent shall be the actual supervisor of all work done at the cemetery, and shall see that said work is done in conformance with the regulations herein provided. Said Superintendent shall be in charge of all interment and disinterment and shall carry out responsibilities and all regulations related thereto which are herein provided.
