§ 94.58 BONFIRES AND OUTDOOR RUBBISH FIRES.
   No person shall kindle or maintain any bonfire or a rubbish fire, nor authorize the same without first notifying a member of the Bureau of Fire Prevention and such person shall not leave unattended any such fire otherwise lawfully kept or maintained.
