§ 94.40 BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION.
   A Bureau of Fire Prevention is hereby established to be composed of the Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department and the Sheriff. The Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department shall also be Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention and may detail such members of the Fire Department as inspectors as shall from time to time be necessary.
