(A) Any buildings or additions to buildings hereafter constructed or erected within the Fire Zone in violation of the terms of this subchapter are hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
(B) The cost of abating such nuisance shall be collectible from the owner of such property and may be established as a lien upon the said real estate, building and material thereof.
