§ 93.096 REFUSAL TO LEAVE POOL.
   Any person who fails or refuses to immediately leave the swimming pool, bath house and adjacent areas when verbally commanded to leave by a lifeguard or ticket-taker shall be guilty of the offense of refusing to leave pool.
