§ 93.092 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person or persons shall act in a disorderly manner within the confines of the swimming pool. The lifeguard on duty shall be responsible for the proper discipline of those using the swimming pool and has the authority to expel any person or persons from the area of the swimming pool. All persons using the swimming pool or in the area of the swimming pool shall obey all commands and direction of the lifeguard.
