§ 93.073 ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES.
   Real or personal property or the income thereof may be granted, bequeathed, devised or conveyed to the city for the recreational purposes upon such conditions as may be prescribed by the grantors, donors or devisors thereof and agreed to by the governing body of the city.
