§ 93.057 TRIMMING TREES.
   (A)   All trees standing on any lot or street, or trees overhanging any sidewalk or street in the city, shall be trimmed so that the space from the sidewalk or street to the lower branches or any or all such trees, shall not be less than ten feet.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the owner, or occupant of any lot, parcel of ground or tract of land abutting or bordering upon any sidewalk adjoining his or her property, to keep all trees upon said property trimmed in conformity with this section, and if the requirements of this section after being notified by the Park Superintendent, said officer may have the said trimming done and report the reasonable costs to the Finance Officer and such amount shall be assessed against the adjoining property.
   (C)   The owner or occupant of any lot, parcel of ground or tract of land shall keep all trees standing on any such lot, parcel of ground or tract of land, trimmed so that the branches and leaves thereof do not obstruct or interfere with any street light, wire, a post or equipment of the city, in any street in the city.
