§ 93.051 CONTROL OF PARKS AND PARKWAYS.
   All lots, parcels of ground or tracts of land, whether inside or outside of the corporate limits of the city, and designated as city parks and all parkways on streets or boulevards, shall be under the control and jurisdiction of the City Park Department.
