§ 93.031 SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   The construction of sidewalks, whether done by the owner of the fronting or abutting property, by the city direct or through a contractor shall be according to the specifications for sidewalks on file in the Building Inspector’s office.
   (B)   All sidewalk construction and repair shall be of concrete.
