The grades of the streets and avenues in the city as heretofore established and as shown on the street profiles in the office of the Finance Officer are hereby established and designated as the official grades of the streets of the city, and the profiles on file as aforesaid in the office of the Finance Officer are hereby adopted as the official record of the street grades in the city.
