§ 92.53 LOCATION.
   (A)   The fence as described in this subchapter shall be set in not less than one foot from the property line.
   (B)   In the event that the premises upon which junk is stored is adjacent to or is traversed by a railroad track, then that portion of the premises adjacent to and parallel to such railroad track shall not be required to be fenced.
