§ 92.20 DEFINITIONS.
   All weeds of the kind known as Russian thistle, Canadian thistle, cocklebur, rag weeds, golden rod, burdock, barberry, creeping Jennie, quack grass or sunflower and all other noxious weeds are hereby declared a nuisance. Unhealthful vegetation includes any vegetation which may pose a risk to the health and safety of the citizenry of the city, but not limited to grass, weeds and other vegetation that is of such a height that would provide habitat for mosquitoes or other pest or vermin. Such unhealthful vegetation is hereby declared a nuisance.
