Persons engaged in the business of collecting or hauling nonresidential waste in the city must comply with both the requirements for hauling household garbage and the requirements for hauling household rubbish, as well as any other reasonable requirements propagated by the Health Officer as may be necessitated based upon the nature of the specific nonresidential waste to be collected or hauled.
