§ 91.01 HEALTH OFFICER; APPOINTMENT.
   At the first meeting of the City Council in the month of May of each year, there shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council a Health Officer who shall hold office until his or her successor has been duly appointed and qualified.
