§ 31.02 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   Regular meetings of the governing body shall be held on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m., except when a Monday be a holiday, and in that case the meeting shall be held at 6:30 p.m. the following day. Any regular meeting may be adjourned from day to day.
