§ 90.02 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the city in any way.
   (B)   Any person who inhumanely beats, underfeeds or overloads, or abandons any animal shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this section.
