§ 77.04 PEDESTRIANS TO OBEY TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
   At intersections where traffic is directed by a police officer or stop and go signals, it shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to cross the roadway other than with released traffic and pedestrians shall obey all traffic signals and directions.
