§ 74.09 REMOVAL OF CARS ILLEGALLY PARKED.
   All vehicles found to be in violation of this chapter in regards to parking may be similarly removed by the Police Department and all charges or expenses incident to such removal including any storage for such vehicle, shall be assessed by the court having jurisdiction over any offense brought hereunder against the owner or driver of such vehicle.
