§ 71.25 STEALING RIDES AND TRAILING SLEDS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause to be attached or to permit any sled of any kind occupied by children to be trailed behind any vehicle or motor vehicle in the city limits, and no person shall ride, trespass upon, seize hold of, or drag, slide or in any manner trail behind any vehicle.
