§ 71.23 TRUCK ROUTES AND USE OF STREET OR HIGHWAYS BY TRUCKS.
   (A)   All trucks of the capacity of one ton or more, all combines and all automobiles and tractors pulling trailers or trailer houses traveling within the limits of the city, shall travel only on the streets or highways designated truck routes as herein provided; however, said trucks, buses, trailers and trailer houses may deviate from the said truck route on any of the streets, highways or alleys of the city, except the east one-half (E 1/2) of Lots Three (3) and Six (6) and the west one-half (W 1/2) of Blocks Two (2) and the east one-half (E 1/2) of Block Three (3) of the Central Addition to the Town, now City of Plankinton, Aurora County, South Dakota.
   (B)   If for any reason a detour shall be posted around any of the streets included in the truck route, the detour shall constitute part of the truck route.
