§ 34.090 TOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT DRUG BUY AND COVERT INVESTIGATIONS CASH FUND.
   (A)   There is established in the town a special non-reverting fund, to be known as the Town Police Department Drug Buy and Covert Investigations Cash Fund, into which shall be deposited $1,000. This amount shall be maintained throughout the period of the Fund’s existence.
   (B)   The Town Police Department Drug Buy and Covert Investigations Cash Fund will exist until terminated by ordinance of the Town Council.
