§ 34.082 MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND (MVH).
   The Motor Vehicle Highway Fund is established for the purposes of receiving applicable state funds and for the expenditures permitted by statute. (I.C. 8-14-1-1 et seq.)
