§ 34.035 REVIEW OF TAX ABATEMENT PROCEDURES BY THE TOWN COUNCIL.
   (A)   In calendar years ending with an odd number, the Town Council shaft be required to review its tax abatement procedures set forth in this subchapter.
   (B)   Nothing in this section prohibits a more frequent review of such procedures.
