§ 152.081 SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
   Upon the consideration of the factors listed in §§ 152.075 through 152.080, and the purposes of this chapter, the Board of Zoning Appeals may attach such conditions to the granting of variances as it deems necessary to further the purposes of this chapter.
