§ 152.040 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.
    The Town Council hereby appoints the Executive Director of Development Services, Director of Planning and/or Building Commissioner to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
