§ 150.087 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   Said application shall show in detail the location and type of cut proposed and said application shall be approved by the Clerk-Treasurer and the general foreman of the town’s Department of Public Works or his or her authorized representative prior to the issuance of any such requested permit.
