§ 112.03 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES.
   (A)   The company shall, at all times during the life of a franchise, be subject to all lawful exercises of police power of the town.
   (B)   The company must agree to comply with all valid local, state and federal regulations including the rules and regulations of the FCC.
