§ 111.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Canvassing. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 111.001 through 111.005, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Direct seller. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 111.055 through 111.066 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Massage. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 111.100 through 111.116 shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
