§ 32.037 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Plainfield Economic Development Commission is hereby granted all the powers and duties set out in the Municipal Economic Development Act of 1965, the same being the I.C. Title 18-6-4.5 (now I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq.)
