§ 97.065 POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION AND SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.

No person shall possess, consume, sell, offer for sale, barter or exchange any alcoholic beverage in any park or other recreational area in the town. The term ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE means a liquid or solid that is or contains 0.5% or more alcohol by volume; is fit for human consumption; and is reasonably likely, or intended to be used as a beverage.
